Mission
To fulfill DOC’s fiduciary responsibilities by providing timely and accurate financial services to inmates and to approved clubs and activities owned and operated by them as part of their learning experience while incarcerated.
Organization
Central Trust provides the following services:
Daily depositing of monies received by inmates from family members and other resources and recording of those monies to individual inmate accounts.
Daily processing of inmate requests to spend from their accounts for approved purchases.
Withholding of and subsequent payment of fees, disciplinary fines, and other costs that are withheld from inmates’ awards and reimbursed to the state.
Payment to vendors for goods and services associated with running the Canteens and Clubs.
Information on how to put money on an inmate's debit account (phone).
