Superintendent Steve Franke
Mr. Franke became the fourth Superintendent of Two Rivers Correctional Institution on June 1, 2010. He began his career at the Oregon State Penitentiary. He was Assistant Superintendent at Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution and Snake River Correctional Institution.
