The Oregon Association of Community Corrections Directors (OACCD) in partnership with the Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) has developed a peer review process for assessing community corrections agencies. The review is meant to serve as a guide to agencies, who seek to implement evidence-based practices (EBP) as an overall strategy to reduce recidivism.
